By placing an order for goods or services, whether a one-off purchase/service or a recurring purchase/service (either via the internet, website, email, telephone, fax, shop counter or verbally) the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of sale.

“The Buyer” refers to the person(s), individual(s), firm, company or other organisation purchasing Goods or Services from the Seller
“Contract” means the agreement(s) between the Seller and the Buyer for the purchase of the Products and incorporating these terms and conditions and any other conditions contained in the Order
“Artwork” refers to logos, designs and images of respective Buyers
“Products” means the Goods and Services supplied to the Buyer by the Seller
“Order” means the purchase order containing details relating to the Products and the Contract

All orders accepted (either via the internet, telephone, fax, shop counter or verbally) are subject to Enable Business’s terms and conditions which are listed below. All manufacturers’ names, reference numbers, images and symbols are used for reference purposes only.
Making a purchase
Although we make every effort to keep adfonlinetraining.uk and any associated social media pages and feeds accurate and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for any human errors or software faults which may distort or in any other way affect prices or offers displayed. If you feel that we have made an error or that a products pricing is unusually different, please call ADF Support Services first for confirmation (0800 799 9320). We reserve the right to change the price or information on adfonlinetraining.uk and any associated social media feeds, other online pages or any shop displays without prior notice. If you order any product or service which has been incorrectly marketed or priced, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order or purchase the goods at the correct price or specification. All orders taken are placed on a subject to availability basis and as such in extreme circumstances may be unavailable. If this should happen, ADF Support Services will attempt to notify you within 1 working day whereby you may cancel your order or await delivery of your goods. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. All products or services remain the property of ADF Support Services and as such until funds are cleared the purchaser will store the product or service until such funds have cleared. In the event of none payment on any product or service you will grant ADF Support Services and/or it’s representatives legal access to remove or un install any product or service at a time suitable to ADF Support Services at your expense.
